We may suspend or block access if we believe the Site is being misused.

3) Menu, pricing, and availability

• Menu items, prices, and availability can change at any time.
• Photos may not exactly match the final dish (food is made fresh and may vary).
• We try to keep the Site accurate, but errors can happen.

4) Online ordering, delivery, and third-party services

If the Site links to online ordering, reservations, or delivery providers, those services are operated by third parties and may have their own terms and policies. Your use of those services is subject to the third party’s terms.

5) Catering requests

• Catering inquiries and quotes are not final until confirmed by us.
• Lead time: We recommend ordering at least 48–72 hours in advance for most orders. Larger events (50+ guests) may require additional lead time.
• Minimums: Minimum order amounts may apply for delivery.
• Changes/cancellations: Changes within 48 hours may not be possible depending on the order.

6) Allergies and dietary needs disclaimer

Please tell us about allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. While we do our best, our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free or free of cross-contact.

7) Food safety notice

Consuming raw or undercooked foods may increase the risk of foodborne illness, especially for certain individuals.

8) Intellectual property

The Site content (text, photos, logo, branding) belongs to Panchito or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9) Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site will be error-free.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panchito is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the Site.
